This Privacy Policy describes how perfscale ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our website and services at perfscale.io (the "Service").

- Billing data — payment card details processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store raw card numbers.
- Communications — messages you send us via the contact form or email.

- Usage data — pages visited, features used, test runs triggered, and timestamps.
- Device and log data — IP address, browser type, operating system, and referrer URL.
- Cookies and similar technologies — session cookies required for authentication, and analytics cookies (see Section 5).
Data from your load tests
When you run load tests through the Service, test scripts, configuration files, and result metrics are stored on our infrastructure. This data is associated with your account and is not shared with other users.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Service.
- Process transactions and send related notices (receipts, invoices).
- Send product updates, security alerts, and support messages.
- Monitor and analyze usage trends to improve user experience.
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. How We Share Your Information
We share information only in the following circumstances:

- Aggregated, anonymised analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

- Strictly necessary — session tokens required for you to log in and use the Service.
- Analytics — we use a self-hosted, privacy-preserving analytics tool to measure page views and feature usage. No data is shared with advertising networks.
You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from using the Service.

We implement industry-standard security measures, including:
- TLS encryption for all data in transit.
